How Better Place Australia supports you

One of our qualified practitioners can support you if you have no-one to help you. Better Place Australia can guide you through the My Aged Care assessment process. This assessment will determine if you qualify. If you do, we can then support you to set up the services you need in your home.

 

How do you get a referral?

You can self-refer. A friend or family member can refer you. You can also be referred by your GP or other health and community services.
