If you are not able to access in home care services in Noble Park or other community supports by yourself, you may qualify for Better Place Australia’s Care Finder program in Noble Park.
Care Finder is a free service funded by the Government via the primary health networks. As an Australian Government initiative, the program delivers a face-to-face network of care finders nationally. The program supports older Australians to remain living in their own homes longer, instead of moving into residential aged care.
Whether you’re living in Noble Park, Dandenong, Keysborough, Bangholme, Springvale or another area within Greater Dandenong, you may qualify for the Care Finder program.
One of our team can meet with you either in your home or at a community location, such as Noble Park community centre on Cypress Court or one of the cafe’s on, or near, Douglas Street Noble Park to get the process started.
