If you need help accessing My Aged Care, in home care services in Dandenong, or other community supports, then you’re in the right place. Better Place Australia’s Care Finder program in Dandenong may be able to help.
Care Finder is a free service funded by the Government via the primary health networks. It delivers a national, face-to-face network of care finders. The aim is to support older Australians (who qualify) to remain living in their own homes longer, instead of moving into residential aged care.
Whether you’re living in Dandenong, Keysborough, Noble Park, Bangholme, Springvale or another area within Greater Dandenong, Care Finder Program may be the answer you’ve been looking for.
One of our team can meet with you either in your own home or at a community location, such as Dandenong Library within the Dandenong Civic Centre, corner of Lonsdale and Walker Streets, or at a local cafe in Dandenong.
