Free mental health program in the City of Kingston

My Way to Well-being is a free mental health program in the City of Kingston facilitated by Better Place Australia. It takes place over six weeks, online. It is designed for people aged 18 and over, who live, work or study in the shire of Kingston. The program is facilitated by mental health professionals and is a safe space where you can find and implement what works best for you. The facilitator teaches proven, evidence-based strategies and skills which will help you manage your mental health and enrich your emotional well-being.

How long is each session?

Each session is for two hours, one per week, for six weeks in total.

 

Online sessions

To join in, you will need to be in a safe and private space, with a camera on so you are visible to the group. Participants can not be driving or caring for children at the same time as the session.
