Alternatively, parents can be directed to fill put our online Request for a CCS Application Form for services in Narre Warren or Sale. Application forms are required from both parents to proceed to intake and assessment stage.
Courts may refer families when supervised contact is deemed to be in the best interests of the child. Families can also self-refer using children’s contact services for supervised contact and facilitated changeovers.

The locations in Narre Warren and Sale provide a facilitative and child-focused environment where children are able to have safe and supported supervised visits and facilitated changeovers with parents, family members and carers. We also provide a central referral point to a range of family and relationship support services.

The Children’s Contact Service has the right to decline an application if, through the assessment and / or service provision process, the staff consider that the arrangement may pose an unacceptable risk to the child, staff or other service users.
Better Place Australia provides a Children’s Contact Service in Narre Warren and a Children’s Contact Service in Sale. These are safe, neutral and child-focused environments for supervised visits and changeovers to occur, and for the child to establish a relationship with the non-resident parent, family members or carers.
