There are different methods for referring parents to Better Place Australia’s Children’s Contact Service, such as:
As a referrer, you can begin the referral process for a client quickly and easily on our referrer page.
Alternatively, parents can be directed to fill put our online Request for a CCS Application Form for services in Narre Warren or Sale. Application forms are required from both parents to proceed to intake and assessment stage. Families can also self-refer using children’s contact services for supervised contact and facilitated changeovers.
Courts may refer families when supervised contact is deemed to be in the best interests of the child.
Each Children’s Contact Service location offers specific services.

Better Place Australia has the right to decline an application if, through the assessment and/or service provision process, the staff consider that the arrangement may pose an unacceptable risk to the children, staff or other service users.
BPA’s Children’s Contact Centre is one of many BPA services provided under Better Place For Kids, an initiative of Better Place Australia established to help children overcome adversity with the aid of counselling and mediation.
