Better Place Australia has announced the appointment of a new Chair and welcomes new members to its Board of Directors. This brings the number of board members to eight.
Rachel Holthouse – Chair. Rachel is a specialist advisor in international education. Her most recent role until October 2019 was Deputy Vice-Chancellor for Global Development at RMIT University. She has extensive experience working with global partners and operating in highly regulated and multijurisdictional environments.
Thomas King – Director. Thomas is a Finance and Strategy Executive with extensive experience across finance, operations, procurement, and M&A both locally and internationally, leading change and transformation. He has held senior executive roles at Australia Post including General Manager Finance and Executive roles at ANZ Bank, including CFO South and South East Asia.
Emma Fenby and Dr. Bruce Bolam joined the Better Place Australia Board in February this year adding to the depth of experience and diversity.
Retiring from his long-serving role as Board member and Chair is Brendan Rowswell. Brendan has supported the organisation through a time of significant transformation and development.
