Central to our ongoing success is the appointment of a Regional Services Manager who will assume responsibility for driving best practice clinical governance and inspirational people leadership across our Oakleigh and Croydon locations.
The successful candidate/s will report directly to the Executive Manager – Community Support Programs and specific areas of accountability will include:
- Regional site operations management, including local service coordination across a multi-disciplinary team, and local administration
- Clinical practice management including provision of clinical supervision, raising of ethical and therapeutic standards and professional development, and;
- Delivery of therapeutic interventions for complex cases.
Required Qualifications and Experience
To be considered for appointment, prospective candidates must hold registration as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner together with tertiary qualifications in Family Law, Mediation or similar. Demonstrable career experience as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner is essential as is extensive experience in clinical practice management (clinical supervision) of Mediators. Well-developed leadership and emotional intelligence skills are essential as is a proven ability to engage others, influence organisational culture and provide strong direction. Experience managing a multidisciplinary team would be a distinct advantage.
This position will have clinical practice oversight for Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners at our Oakleigh and Croydon offices in addition to overall site managerial responsibility across both sites.
